Cupcake Run Sponsor Info

We’re gearing up for the ninth annual Cupcake Run for Public Education, and we would be grateful for your support.

Sponsorship helps defray the costs of organizing the event so registration proceeds can directly support teachers and students. Funds received from sponsorships are used to cover many costs, including park rental, insurance, EMT services, race management, t-shirts and medals for each race registrant and special awards for top finishers. All additional money from sponsorships will be used to directly support teachers and students through our Seeds for Excellence grant program. Our sponsorship goal is $14,000.

The event includes a 10K, 5K and a kids’ 80-yard dash. All participants will receive a race t-shirt, finishers medal, cupcake from Gigiʼs Cupcakes and “swag” from our sponsors. Sponsors can provide a digital flyer, coupon or other information, and we’ll design a super cool email that will be sent to all registrants. Or sponsors can provide a printed coupon or flyer to include in the race packet. Additionally, sponsors are invited to host a table at the event to meet and greet participants and hand out information and freebies.

2024 Levels:

• $250 Bronze: name on shirt, websites and a table at the event (psftc.org and Fun-Races.com)
• $500 Silver: name on shirt, websites, and posters, table at event, plus two race entries
• $1000 Gold: all of the above in addition to logo on banner and mention on “Cool News from our Schools” radio spots and public service announcements plus four race entries
• $5000 Platinum: all of the above plus invitation to serve as packet pickup location, featured in at least once on radio spot, invited to address participants at the event plus six race entries
