A new, super simple way to support the PSFTC - sign up for the Payless/Kroger Community Rewards Program. That's right, you can shop for groceries AND support the PSFTC and our efforts to enhance and strengthen education for all public school students in our community. It's super simple to do. Below are detailed instructions.  Our NPO number is 49225. TO USE THE PAYLESS/KROGER COMMUNITY REWARDS PROGRAM:
  • Go to:  Be sure to have your Payless/Kroger Plus card handy.
  • Click on Sign In/Register in the upper right corner.
  • Follow the instructions to create your account.
  • Add your Payless/Kroger Plus card number.
  • On the Account Summary screen, scroll down to the bottom of the summary screen and select Community Rewards. To enroll, you'll need to enter your name and address (other information is optional). To select your reward recipient, enter NPO number 49225 and select Public Schools Foundation of Tippecanoe County.
Do you use your phone number at the register?  Call 800-576-4377, select option 4 to get your Plus card number. You must swipe your registered Plus card or use the phone number that is related to your registered Plus card when shopping for each purchase to count toward our reward.
Did you know you can shop Amazon and support the PSFTC? That's right. Sign up for Amazon Smile and select Public Schools Foundation of Tippecanoe County as your charity of choice. Honor an Educator: A donation of any amount can be made in honor of any teacher, administrator or staff member who works within the Lafayette, Tippecanoe or West Lafayette school corporations. The person honored will receive a card acknowledging your gift along with a “from the desk of an honored educator” notepad and pen.  Details are on our Honor an Educator page.
Attend one of our Bashes! The Cupcake Run for Public Education is our biggest bash yet! Join us each September for a 5k or 10k walk/run at Cumberland Park in West Lafayette. Our inaugural event, on September 25, 2016 featured almost 900 participants! And each and every one received a Gigi's cupcake, in addition to a t-shirt, finishers medal and a swag bag filled with lots of goodies.
The Boo Bash is a family friendly event held in October featuring prizes, food and a showing of a classic spooky movie. Costumes are encouraged! Watch for a take home piece via your elementary school. All proceeds benefit our teacher grant program.
Buy a Committed to Education (Hoosier Family of Readers) license plate.  The Indiana legislature created the Committed to Education license plate in 1988 to help support education foundations and public school counselors. When you buy the Committed to Education plate, a portion of the proceeds will support PSFTC. Details about the license plate and how it benefits schools can be found on the INAPEF (Indiana Association of Public Education Foundations) website.
